About Us

The Gap Garden Club was formed in 1963.

‘Objects of the Club’

• To foster interest in gardening and other horticultural pursuits through the exchange of knowledge and ideas and through social interaction with others of like interest.

• To provide an appreciation for the aesthetic aspects of horticulture as applied to landscape design and through the artistic use of plant material in floral arrangement and display.

• To promote concern for and care of the natural environment.

• To encourage participation in horticultural and associated activities for the benefit of the community.
